Returns:
Please note, we only accept returns in case the product received is damaged or destroyed.
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Once you have the authorization number, you can ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service at your own expense.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email notification once it has been processed.
Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Final Sale Items:
